Senior Business Analyst (Web Ecosystem Modernization)
Summary
Senior business analyst driving requirements, backlog, and content governance for a large-scale web ecosystem modernization. Day to day: Agile delivery in Azure DevOps, user stories and acceptance criteria, CMS/DXP work (Drupal/Acquia), API integrations, and coordinating UAT and other testing.
Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 per month
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior BA role supporting enterprise digital platforms or large-scale web transformation projects.
Experience in website development, digital platforms, systems integration, or CMS/DXP implementations (e.g., Drupal, Acquia, multilingual or headless platforms) is preferred.
Strong background in Agile delivery, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Experience in content governance and operations, such as taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management, editorial workflows, and migration planning.
Familiarity with systems integration and APIs (REST, GraphQL) and related technologies is an advantage.
Experience defining non-functional requirements, including security, privacy, accessibility, performance, scalability, and operational support.
Proven experience in test planning and coordination, including UAT, integration, regression, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
Exposure to web analytics, SEO, AI-ready content, and emerging digital capabilities is a plus.
Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
