We work with over 1,500 global brands across CPG, Retail, Telco, BFSI, and Healthcare.</span></p><p>We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate ADA’s commercial growth in Malaysia, focusing on WhatsApp Business Platform and Conversational AI solutions. This is a BD role that combines strategic sales, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. </p><p>You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities with enterprise clients, shaping impactful solutions, and ensuring seamless execution with internal teams. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual contributor with strong consultative selling experience and a passion for transforming how businesses connect with customers through messaging and AI.</p><p><br /></p><p>1. Drive Revenue and Market Growth </p><p>Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, solution design, and strategic deal-making. </p><p>Expand ADA’s presence across key industries such as BFSI, Telco, and Retail, positioning messaging as a business transformation tool. </p><p>Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting on Salesforce. </p><p><br /></p><p>2. Lead Strategic Solution Selling </p><p>Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers with consultative, ROI-focused narratives. </p><p>Translate client challenges into practical messaging and AI solutions that drive business outcomes. </p><p>Develop and present commercial proposals and business cases that align with client objectives. </p><p><br /></p><p>3.
