Description
【About BlendVision AI】
BlendVision AI is an enterprise AI software company helping organizations transform video, documents, and internal knowledge into searchable, actionable intelligence and learning experiences.
Our two products—One and AiM—combine secure video infrastructure, multimodal AI, enterprise knowledge discovery, and AI-powered learning workflows. Our technology is trusted by over 100 organizations, with enterprise customers across Taiwan and Japan.
We are a growing international team operating across Taipei, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, and Malaysia. We move quickly, work closely with customers, and give team members meaningful ownership in shaping our products, go-to-market strategy, and company growth.
【The Role】
We are looking for a senior B2B SaaS commercial professional to own enterprise revenue and strategic partnerships for BlendVision AI One and AiM.
You will take ownership of an established portfolio of active opportunities, customer relationships, and partner discussions while continuing to create a new pipeline. You will own the commercial lifecycle from account development and discovery through solution validation, proposal, procurement, negotiation, closing, and post-sale handoff.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring strong enterprise-sales execution, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to coordinate product, technical, legal, and Customer Success resources.
【What You'll Do】
➤ Own an annual new-ARR target and maintain an accurate quarterly forecast.
➤ Take over assigned active opportunities, strategic accounts, and partner relationships.
➤ Generate new enterprise pipelines through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, executive networks, and partner channels.
➤ Qualify opportunities based on customer need, decision process, budget, timing, technical fit, and commercial potential.
➤ Lead discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, business-case development, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
➤ Navigate enterprise IT, security, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.
➤ Develop selected resellers, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
➤ Coordinate solution validation with product and technical teams, with clear scope, success criteria, timeline, and commercial next step.
➤ Maintain complete CRM records, including deal value, stage, evidence, next action, next-action date, stakeholders, risks, and forecast category.
➤ Coordinate a clean handoff to Customer Success and remain involved in early adoption, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities.
➤ Provide structured market, competitor, win/loss, pricing, and customer feedback to leadership and product teams.
