Senior Business Development Manager – Healthcare

SIMS Home Healthcare Center is looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the UAE healthcare industry, particularly in home healthcare, medical services, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare networks.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in generating healthcare business, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

This position is strictly for candidates with relevant healthcare industry experience. Applicants without healthcare business development experience will not be considered.

Skills

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand SIMS Home Healthcare Center’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, corporate clients, medical centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate contracts, referral partnerships, and healthcare service agreements.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Develop strategic partnerships to promote home healthcare services, including nursing care, doctor-on-call services, IV therapy, and other medical services offered by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and potential growth areas.
• Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and meetings to negotiations, agreements, and client acquisition.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain a strong professional network within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, new partnerships, and revenue growth.
