Senior Business Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage software and application development projects from planning to implementation.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
3. Work with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
4. Coordinate with software developers, technical teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed specifications.
6. Oversee software testing, system implementation and application enhancement.
7. Identify project risks and resolve operational or technical issues.
8. Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
9. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through software solutions and automation.
10. Manage project teams and ensure project deliverables meet business and quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in software development or application implementation projects.
• Good understanding of project management and software development processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
