Job Description

We are looking for a person to act as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst, joining the Strategic Planning area.

This position will be responsible for monitoring the market, competition, customers, and key trends, transforming information into analyses that support strategy definition, initiative prioritization, and leadership decision-making. Additionally, it involves preparing reports and executive presentations in English for local and global leadership, working closely with different areas of the company and the global team.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical capacity, business acumen, investigative curiosity, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, objective, and executive messages. The position requires a high standard of quality, articulation skills, and a solid strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor the competitive environment, tracking competitor movements, new entrants, launches, business models, partnerships, acquisitions, and positioning changes.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, technological advancements, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors with potential impact on the business.
  • Translate this large volume of information into insights, recommendations, and strategic implications.
  • Prepare reports, market studies, dashboards, competitive alerts, executive presentations, and support materials for decision-making forums.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external sources, expanding the quality, reliability, and depth of analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to prepare executive presentations and interact with global teams clearly, confidently, and objectively.
  • Experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, or related areas, including the preparation of market studies and executive materials for leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional articulation skills, with the ability to manage multiple fronts, handle priorities, and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Strong strategic vision and analytical capacity, combined with an interest in and understanding of credit markets, fraud prevention, and data-based solutions.
  • Experience in banks, financial institutions, or companies in the financial sector will be considered a plus.
