Senior Cybersecurity Presales Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide cybersecurity consultation and propose suitable products and services based on recognized cybersecurity frameworks, standards, guidelines, and customer requirements.

2. Recommend cybersecurity products and services in areas including:

• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Red Team Assessment

• Cybersecurity Compliance Advisory, including ISO/IEC 27001, PDPA, NIST, CSA STAR, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards

• Cyber Drills and Phishing Assessments

• Cloud Security Consulting Services

• Secure Infrastructure Design

• Cybersecurity Operations Center solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, WAF, Firewall, and other related security technologies

1. Deliver professional communication, technical consultations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to demonstrate how proposed solutions meet customer requirements.

3. Develop and prepare technical proposals and reports based on assessment findings, applicable standards, and customer requirements.

4. Collaborate with cybersecurity vendors and business partners to identify suitable solutions and achieve optimal costs based on customer requirements.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Minimum 7 years of working experiences in Cybersecurity Consult (Presale)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security, Application Security, Network Security

• Knowledge of Security Product (EDR/Firewall/VPN, IPS/IDS), Security Platform, Endpoint Solution, and Network Security solution

• Knowledge of cyber drill or technical security review (Phishing, Security product review).

• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulations are an advantage (ISO 27001, NIST, PDPA)

• Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar)
