What You'll Do
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems through data.
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Automate recurring reporting processes using Python and SQL.
- Develop self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
Data Solutions & Innovation
- Design scalable data solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and data-driven processes.
- Explore and implement new technologies and analytics capabilities.
Data Governance & Quality
- Support data quality initiatives and governance standards.
- Monitor and improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with technology teams on data access and security controls.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- SQL
- AWS
- Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in a STEM-related field.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in data governance and data quality management.
- Knowledge of tools such as Informatica DQ.
