Senior Data Engineer - Data Intelligence , SPX Express
Job Description:
Data Infrastructure & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, complex data warehouse architectures. You will lead the sourcing of new data streams and ensure our infrastructure is scalable and resilient. ETL & Pipeline Automation: Build and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines. Drive the automation of data solutions to minimize manual intervention and ensure 'always-on' data availability for the entire logistics chain. Governance & Quality: Ensure high data quality and governance standards (Data QA) across all pipelines, aligning with our strategic network goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study. Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence roles. Expert-level SQL is mandatory, complemented by experience in PrestoSQL, SparkSQL. You must be comfortable writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing large datasets. Experience with modern Data Warehouse technologies and ETL tools (e.g., Hive, Airflow, StarRock, ClickHouse) Good structural thinker and detail oriented. Satisfactory understanding in English. Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and growth changing environment.
