What we are looking for:
- Strong background in automation
- Strong skills in Bash, Ksh or Python scripting
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Docker, OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Experience with Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, maturity and the ability to work in a team
- Collaboration - the nature of what we do requires us to huddle around whiteboards

- Depending on the level you apply for, anywhere between 2 and 10+ years of experience in DevOps
Nice-to-have:

- IaC experience with Terraform and/or Ansible

- Ideally, a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services, specifically credit and transactional products

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and testing.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize deployment processes.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team .
