Senior Executive ‐ Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership as the primary HR point of contact for the team in understanding business priorities and translating them into relevant people solutions.
  • Provide timely HR guidance and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle while addressing people-related matters with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience, culture and leadership capability within the function.
  • Drive the end-to-end process in recruiting and sourcing the right talent for the diverse set of functional disciplines in the organization by carrying out the below task
  • Drive the performance management processes, supporting goal setting, reviews, feedback and performance discussions while ensuring alignment with Group standards and timelines.
  • Support with Learning & Development initiatives by identifying capability needs and facilitating relevant development interventions for the team.
  • Support with recruitment and talent acquisition for the team, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements.
  • Develop and execute team-specific employee engagement initiatives aligned to the needs and dynamics of the team.
  • Support the effective implementation of key HR processes and people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and organizational priorities.
  • Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance HR services, processes and employee experience.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • A professional qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to an HR Business Partnering environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
