We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. The Inventory Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, optimizing stock levels, and facilitating smooth material flow for production. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of inventory control, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using designated inventory management systems.
    • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid stock outs.
    • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
  2. Order Processing:
    • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize order quantities and lead times.
  3. Stock Analysis:
    • Conduct regular stock analyses to identify slow-moving items, excess inventory, and potential shortages.
    • Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize holding costs.
  4. Data Reporting:
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and quality control, to streamline processes.
  6. Space Optimization:
    • Optimize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of inventory items.
  7. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
