Senior Executive Operational Risk

Job description

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the business.

• Maintain and enhance the operational risk management framework (ORMF).
• Oversee RCSA, KRIs, and operational loss reporting.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and track remediation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide risk advisory for new products and process changes.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and business units to strengthen controls.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and committees.
• Promote risk awareness and support team development.

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant discipline.
• Experience:
