Senior Executive Financial Analysis
Job description
Prepare cost sheets for foreign and local materials.
Conduct monthly variance analysis reports and explain deviations clearly.
Analyze process costing to determine and update standard costs.
Prepare monthly cost accounting entries.
Set and monitor manufacturing overhead (MOH) budgets and track actual vs. budget.
Review bills of materials (BOM) and implement necessary updates.
Monitor consumables usage against standards and provide justifications for variances.
Track monthly production and compare actual vs. planned output.
Review job orders and identify production cost variances.
Present financial and costing insights to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and effective manner.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing data.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear presentations to management.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in reporting.
