The Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer

The position contributes to the business by shaping software architecture, implementing new features, optimizing platform performance, and mentoring team members. Key focus areas include backend logic, frontend development, microservices, third-party API integrations, and AI-augmented development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Node.js and 2+ years in React, with experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale.

• Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software.

• Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends, and integrate with third-party APIs.

• Collaborate closely with product, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform.

• Guide junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards.

• Optimize platform efficiency, scalability, and maintainability while staying updated on industry trends.

• Develop AI features, including Agents and GenAI.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js and 2+ years in React, with experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale

• Proven production experience with microservices architecture

• Strong skills with relational and non-relational databases

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs

• Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) and modern AI-assisted development practices

• Ability to mentor and lead technical projects

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills

• Proficient in software design principles and patterns with a motivated, self-driven approach

• Academic excellence in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

• Familiarity with AWS or similar providers (nice-to-have)

• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (nice-to-have)

• Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions (nice-to-have)

• Experience developing AI features such as Agents, GenAI, and LangChain (nice-to-have)

• Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes (nice-to-have)
