Our client, a leading enterprise software provider headquartered in Vereeniging, Gauteng , is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their core product development team. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Develop and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
- Implement and consume APIs, ensuring seamless integration between different services.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, C#/. NET).
- Expertise in relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
