About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring responsiveness and performance.


• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.


• Develop and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.


• Implement and consume APIs, ensuring seamless integration between different services.


• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.


• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.


• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Minimum of 6 years of professional full-stack development experience.


• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).


• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, C#/.NET).


• Expertise in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a significant advantage.


• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.


• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
