Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-focused) with strong technical leadership to join our team. This role is hands‑on and suited to someone who can lead by example, partner with stakeholders, and help shape engineering standards while delivering high‑quality software at pace.
Core requirements:
- Senior full stack engineering capability with a strong front‑end foundation:
- ReactJS and TypeScript
- Strong back‑end engineering mindset (API design, integration, performance, security) AI/ML engineering skills (building and integrating AI‑driven features into products; ideally with practical experience using modern model/tooling) DevOps capability to support build, release, and reliability (CI/CD, automation, environment management, observability)
Highly advantageous:
- Python development experience (especially for AI/data workloads and services)
- Strong data experience (data pipelines, data modelling, analytics/feature engineering, working with structured/unstructured data)
Leadership expectations
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code review leadership
- Drive good engineering practices (testing, documentation, maintainability, security)
- Collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and delivery teams
