Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and related frameworks.
• Build and integrate frontend components using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the Django framework.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
• Proficiency in database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
