Senior HR Specialist

Your Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support workforce planning in alignment with business needs
• Manage performance management and compensation programs
• Plan, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives, as well as organizational development and employee engagement activities
• Handle employee relations matters, including employee grievances and labor-related issues, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws and global HR policies
• Review, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective HR operations
• Maintain HR data and SAP SuccessFactors systems, and conduct HR data analysis to support HR operations and decision-making

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience across various HR functions
• Proficiency in both Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and working knowledge of SAP systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
