As a Senior Identity and Access Management Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, redefining enterprise IAM on a large-scale, transformational programme. You will shape secure, scalable identity solutions, driving innovation in a complex, multi-national environment while guiding engineering teams toward best practices and strategic goals. Your main responsibilities:
Own and define the technical solution and architecture for the IAM workstream.
Develop and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs).
Lead technical decision-making and technology selection aligned with enterprise standards.
Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and architecture compliance.
Drive adoption of Zero Trust and identity-first design principles.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and review of solutions, code, and infrastructure changes.
Manage technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
Coordinate integrations across internal teams and third-party vendors.
Support planning, estimation, and delivery of technical initiatives.
Define and ensure non-functional requirements such as availability, resilience, performance, security, and observability.
Promote best practices, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Identity & Access Management or related fields.
Strong background in Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements engineering.
Extensive stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
Experience working within the financial services sector.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing abilities.
Awareness of risk, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to security.
Proven ability to work effectively across multi-country, diverse, and time-zone-separated teams.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture, API Security, and Cloud-native Security.
Knowledge of Threat Detection, Observability, and DevSecOps practices.
Certification or expertise in enterprise IAM solutions.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English command, both written and spoken.
