Summary
Senior backend developer designing, building, and maintaining enterprise Java/Spring Boot applications in Jakarta: REST APIs, microservices, integrations, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting, working alongside system analysts, QA, and DevOps; Oracle/PostgreSQL and CI/CD tooling, with Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and banking/fintech exposure preferred.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with System Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle
About you
5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development (recommended)
Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, and SQL
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
Familiar with Git, Maven, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting
Preferred: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, banking/fintech experience
