Job Summary

Our client is a leading real estate group in Cambodia looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to provide strategic technology leadership and manage the Group's IT infrastructure and operations.

The role will oversee network infrastructure, data centers, cloud and on-premises systems, cybersecurity, IT operations, business continuity, and infrastructure projects across multiple sites. The position will also lead the IT team, manage IT budgets, and ensure reliable and scalable technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, mentor, and set performance goals for the IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, IT Support, Business Systems, and IT Security teams.
• Develop and execute IT infrastructure roadmaps covering cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Manage enterprise networking, including Cisco, SD-WAN, VLANs, and firewalls such as Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Oversee data centers, disaster recovery sites, HCI, VMware virtualization, cloud workloads, storage, and computing infrastructure.
• Ensure high system availability and maintain IT service uptime in line with SLA/SLO requirements.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, incident response, and protection of critical business and financial data.
• Manage IT CAPEX/OPEX budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Implement ITIL processes covering Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including recovery testing and failover exercises.
• Manage IT infrastructure setup for new offices, development projects, and construction sites.
• Negotiate with internet service providers, technology vendors, and hardware suppliers.
• Drive infrastructure improvements and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business needs.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in Real Estate or Construction is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, firewalls, VLANs, Windows/Linux servers, VMware, and IT security.
• Experience managing data centers, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and disaster recovery.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects for new offices, branches, or remote construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Fluent Khmer and good English communication skills, particularly for technical documentation and vendor communication.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work effectively under pressure.
