Senior Java Developer
Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱80,000 per month
About the role
Provides continuous service improvements to eliminate or prevent incidents or problems and improve service quality for end customers. Leads projects in defining tasks, project deliverables and schedules of assigned resources. Develops and builds systems on the Java platform using cutting-edge techniques, tools, and utilities with excellent skills in design and coding. Provides necessary technical documentation during requirements and prototyping based on discussions with project team, industry experience, and best in-class practices. Ensures deliverables are of high standards in terms of fit for purpose, application design and code quality. Conducts research and development initiatives to identify technical features for improved product usage and provides innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and build systems on the Java platform using cutting-edge techniques, tools, and utilities
Lead projects in defining tasks, project deliverables and schedules of assigned resources
Provide necessary level of technical documentation during requirements and prototyping
Ensure deliverables are of high standards in terms of fit for purpose, application design and code quality
Suggest quality check tools and improvements
Conduct research and development initiatives to identify technical features for improved product usage
Provide innovative solutions
Directly communicate with end customers for support requirements
Contribute to the team's continuous service improvements to eliminate or prevent incidents or problems
About you
Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or related fields
At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in application analysis and troubleshooting
Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
Excellent skills in coding, debugging, testing and prototyping
Knowledge in different programming languages available in the industry
Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions
Ability to analyze user requirements and specifications and translate into program codes
Ability to test and debug program codes
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Expert in Java (8 & 17), C#, .NET, with strong background in Full Stack Development and API Integration
