Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking Java Developers with 4-6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be strong in Java, Spring, AWS, and databases, with hands-on experience in SQL query development and optimization. Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Apache Superset, Claude Code, and the USA healthcare domain is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.

- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance using indexing and execution plans.

- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.

- Support analytics, reporting, and data-driven application features.

- Leverage AWS services for application development and deployment.

- Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and CI/CD tools as required.

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve development productivity.

- Participate in Agile development, testing, and code reviews.

Required Skills

- Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, Spring Cloud, Angular/React.

- Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization.

- Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

- Hands-on with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).

- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistant tools.

- Experience with Apache Superset or other analytics/reporting tools is a plus.

- Familiar with Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging.

- Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD tools.

- USA healthcare domain experience is a plus.

- Testing experience with JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma.

- Agile mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4-6 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong problem-solving attitude and a passion for learning new tech.
