Senior Manager – Sales Enablement
- Turn strategy into execution: Translate commercial priorities and performance opportunities into practical sales enablement programs with clear actions, ownership and measures of success.
- Make our sales processes better: Map broker and customer journeys, identify friction and turn processes into simple plays, tools and coaching guides that teams can easily put into practice.
- Embed GTMs and change: Build practical adoption plans for new propositions, products, processes and customer experience improvements, ensuring changes stick beyond launch.
- Build AI capability: Identify practical AI use cases and help sales leaders and broker-facing teams confidently and responsibly embed approved AI tools into their everyday workflows.
- Equip our sales leaders: Give RBCs, Mobile Business Leaders, Inside Sales Managers and their leaders the tools, insights and resources they need to coach performance and reinforce the right behaviours.
- Turn data into action: Use insights across leads, pipeline, conversion, broker activity and other performance measures to identify hotspots and target the right coaching, process or capability interventions.
- Cut through the noise: Work with sales leadership to prioritise what matters most and create clear, actionable communications for sales meetings, leadership forums and team cascades.
- Drive continuous improvement: Use frontline feedback, performance insights, pilots and retrospectives to continuously improve programs, processes and ways of working.
- Bring teams together: Partner across Sales, GTM, Product, Operations, Analytics, Learning & Capability, Technology, Risk & Compliance and Communications to deliver joined-up solutions.
- What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience across Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, Training, GTM or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience turning business or sales priorities into practical programs that drive measurable performance improvement.
- Strong program management capability, with experience delivering multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data, dashboards and KPIs to identify opportunities and guide action.
- Experience improving or embedding sales processes, operating rhythms and ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams without relying on direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable messages for frontline teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and confidence operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting broker, lending, financial services or distributed sales teams.
- Experience delivering GTM programs, product launches or large-scale sales change initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, workflows or capability programs.
- Experience with sales process mapping, continuous improvement or Kaizen-style methodologies.
- Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, pipeline management and sales performance frameworks.
- Experience designing sales coaching tools, playbooks or leader capability programs.
