Join Bus ETA team to design, operate, and maintain the network infrastructure keeping Singapore's bus arrival timings reliable and real-time.

What you'll do:

• Design and maintain switches, routers, firewalls for the Bus ETA ecosystem

• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and leased-line connectivity with telcos

• Configure network redundancy and failover mechanisms

• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate restoration with vendors

• Support data centre cabling and network equipment lifecycle

• Maintain network diagrams and documentation

• Participate in 24/7 standby/on-call rotation for critical incidents

What you need:

• Strong TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, and switching knowledge

• Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba platforms

• Experience with high-availability network architecture

• Telecom carrier and leased-line experience

• Incident management and analytical capability

Important:

• 12-month contract

• Mon-Thu 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

• 24/7 standby or on-call support required
