- Support SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela, VeloCloud, Fortinet SD-WAN and/or Meraki.
- Perform advanced packet/network troubleshooting and isolate issues across network, application, security and service-provider layers.
- Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios and similar enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and major network incidents and recommend permanent corrective actions.
- Handle P1/P2 production incidents, escalations and restoration activities within defined SLA requirements.
- Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, migrations, device replacements and infrastructure refresh activities.
- Conduct network security reviews, identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate remediation.
- Participate in network design reviews and provide technical recommendations for scalability, availability, resilience and security.
- Perform implementation validation and testing including FAT, SAT, UAT/OAT where applicable.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors, telecom providers, security teams and other infrastructure teams for complex issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
- Follow ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management processes.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance, change windows and 24x7/on-call support where required.
