<span lang="ro" xml:lang="ro">Responsibilities:</span></b><b><br />
</b>• Review purchase requisitions
and identify sources of supply</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Identify and resolve
Purchase Order/Purchase Requisition processing issues</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Select
contract/supplier to fill requisitions</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Determine catalogue
availability and implement predefined action</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Resolve delivery
issues and process claims</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Research and resolve
invoice discrepancies and account disbursements</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Maintain Vendor
Master records, updates and new vendor setup</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Resolve invoice,
damaged goods, returned goods and ship date issues</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Maintain strong
supplier and client relationships</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Advise customers of
modifications from original requests<br />

<b><span lang="ro" xml:lang="ro">Primary Skills / Minimum Qualifications:</span></b><br />
• Very good knowledge of SAP (MM and SD modules)</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Proven experience in
purchase-to-pay processes</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Team player with
high motivation and flexibility</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Highly effective
communication skills</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Fluency in English and French or German (at least B2)</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Additional languages
are an advantage</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Excellent
