In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver products that create measurable business and customer impact.You will be a key decision-maker, setting priorities in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with confidence. define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics for each initiative.o Drive execution across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and iteration.o Make data-driven trade-off decisions on scope, timeline, and resources while managing stakeholder expectations.• Cross-functional Leadershipo Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on priorities and resolve impediments.o Lead agile ceremonies; write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.• Customer & Market Insighto Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and market research to develop deep empathy for target users and personas.o Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the Indonesian and broader Southeast Asian market.• Data & Metricso Define, track, and analyze product metrics (activation, retention, NPS, revenue) to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.o Build a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.• Stakeholder Managemento Present product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership and executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction.o Collaborate with commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and business case development.<div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:medium;border-width:medium medium 1pt;border-style:none none solid;border-color:rgb(26,86,160);padding:0in 0in 4pt;"><h2 style="margin:16pt 0in 6pt;font-size:14pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(26,86,160);border-width:medium;border-style:none;padding:0in;">Qualifications & Requirements</h2></div>• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead PM capacity.• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.• AI Product Experience: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, build, and ship AI-powered products — including working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, ML-driven features, or intelligent automation.• Demonstrated track record of owning and shipping impactful B2B or B2C products at scale.• Strong analytical skills;
