Senior Product Manager Credit and Data Platform
Summary
Define and execute the strategy for a global credit servicing and collections platform, using AI-first experimentation to improve scalability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
You will define the strategy and roadmap for a credit servicing and collections platform, lead large-scale execution with cross-functional partners, establish success metrics, and use data and AI-first experimentation to improve scalability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, portfolio risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for the credit servicing and collections team
- Lead platform-scale execution with Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams
- Deliver an automated global platform without compromising reliability or trust
- Define success metrics for platform scalability and operational efficiency
- Use AI-first product development and experimentation to improve outcomes
- Establish the vision, strategy, and goals for the credit servicing and collections team
- Identify customer and operational pain points to shape the product roadmap
- Build a product development team that can execute on the roadmap
- Launch core platform capabilities with the Capital and Issuing product teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building high-scale platforms in fast-growing technology or fintech environments
- 2+ years of experience in credit and arrears management
- Experience delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Customer-centric product management experience
- Data-based decision-making
- Experience setting vision and strategy for teams
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
