Senior Product Manager II (Growth & Traffic)
Summary
Senior PM leading traffic growth and user acquisition across BOLD's job-search brands: runs the CPC bidding/job-distribution engine, owns the Joblist traffic channel, sets up experiments at scale, and tracks KPIs like conversion, CAC:LTV, and retention in partnership with marketing, engineering, and data science.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across BOLD’s brands. You’ll work with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to build and scale how we acquire users across our sites.
You’ll lead growth projects across several teams, set up how we run experiments, and turn more high-intent visitors into active users. You’ll be the main product partner to marketing leadership, turning business goals into roadmaps and clear requirements.
About this team
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, software engineers, data scientists, and performance marketing teams to build scalable acquisition loops and drive user growth across BOLD’s multi-brand ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Use traffic data and customer insight to make the case for where growth should come from, and get executives and marketing leaders aligned on it.
- Run job distribution day to day: the real-time CPC bidding engine, API partner integrations and attribution, and click-quality controls like bot detection and fraud quarantine.
- Own Joblist, our owned traffic-arbitrage channel, including Google bidding and ROAS targets, and run it as a traffic source for the marketplace rather than a stand-alone profit center.
- Work with Engineering on the long-term growth tech roadmap. Spot where our acquisition platforms will hit their limits, and steer investment so they can scale.
- Coach other PMs and partners on fixing growth and onboarding bottlenecks, working through ambiguity, and making sound product decisions.
- Run experiments at scale across every customer-facing surface, and use research and data to decide what to test next.
- Define and track the growth KPIs that matter to the business, such as traffic growth, conversion, CAC:LTV, and retention.
What you'll need
- 8+ years in product management, with a track record of growing traffic, revenue, and user acquisition at a senior or principal level.
- Experience working directly with marketing executives and sharing ownership of acquisition goals and budgets.
- Deep knowledge of martech integrations, SEO, paid media attribution, programmatic landing pages, and personalized user journeys.
- Strong skills in web analytics, user behavior modeling, and experiment design, and the judgment to use them when deciding where to invest.
- Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts between them, and coaching mid-level PMs.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
What's good to have
- Hands-on experience with custom media attribution, predictive LTV models, or programmatic SEO.
- Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
