Senior Product Manager
Summary
Owns verification automation and operational efficiency for drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 48 countries, expanding AI/ML checks and optimizing manual review workflows to cut costs and processing time while maintaining safety and accuracy.
- Scale Global Automation: Expand rule-based and AI/ML verification pipelines (OCR, biometrics, API integrations) to auto-resolve high-volume applications safely and accurately.
- Maximize Operational Throughput: Transform manual review workflows, queues, and dashboard UX to dramatically speed up review times and reduce human error.
- Bridge Operations and Product: Convert daily frontline operational pain points into high-value product features and a unified strategic roadmap.
- Manage Verification Unit Costs: Take full accountability for domain unit economics, driving down cost-per-verification while protecting accuracy and completion rates.
- Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Orchestrate complex, multi-team roadmaps across Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and Business leadership.
- Navigate Regulatory & Technical Risk: Build scalable, privacy-compliant (GDPR, local laws) verification architectures that protect customer data without adding friction to the user experience.
- Optimize via Data & Testing: Use rigorous data analytics and continuous testing to track, refine, and improve verification accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
- 4+ years of core PM experience in high-volume platforms (Ride-hailing, Marketplaces, FinTech), focused heavily on back-office and internal operations tools.
- Hands-on experience with human-in-the-loop products (routing, queues, moderation) with a track record of driving down operational cost-per-task and turnaround times.
- Deep focus on operational UX, auditing tool layouts to maximize operator speed and minimize human error.
- Technical fluency in microservices, backend integrations, and data pipelines.
- Self-sufficient in analytics & experimentation, with a holistic view on balancing core conversion metrics against risk and fraud guardrails.
- Strong stakeholder management, capable of aligning multi-department teams (5+) and navigating complex dependencies.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus.
