Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.

Responsibilities

  • Create the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
  • Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
  • Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game
  • Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making
  • Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
  • Coordinate with features team to ensure live-ops needs are communicated and planned while new features are being developed
