Senior Project Manager

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading Tier 1 main contractors with a large portfolio of iconic projects. They are increasingly adding more to their mandate and seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to spearhead project delivery.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects
• Responsible for managing and integrating construction project in terms of conceptual, functional and engineering design
• Produce the Project Execution Plan and responsible for the financial viability, on time delivery and customer control
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
• Controlling project budget, including material and manpower resources
• Performing risk management
• Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
• Responsible for successful and quality project handover to the Client

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
• Possesses at least 12 years of A1 construction project management experience with each project value in excess of $200M.
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
