Senior Project Manager (Telemarketing/Content Moderation)

Salary: Rp 25.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per month

About the role

Senior Project Manager overseeing large-scale operations and driving sustainable business growth with strong operational leadership, people management, and business development capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business lines and management teams, leading an operational workforce of approximately 300–400 employees

• Drive operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, productivity, conversion rates, and attrition control

• Monitor daily performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure operational targets are achieved

• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives

• Develop standardized SOPs, service quality standards, performance management systems, and operational dashboards

• Lead new client projects and business initiatives, including market research, manpower planning, service solution design, pricing, team setup, and project launches

• Report operational performance, business risks, resource requirements, and project progress to senior management

About you

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: content moderation, data annotation, e-commerce, telemarketing, or customer service operations

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above

• Fluent English and native Indonesian proficiency

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams or multiple management layers

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

• Experience with established companies in relevant industries is preferred
