SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy and constructability.

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), BCA, and MOM regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews.

Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management and clients.

Mentor and supervise project managers, site engineers, and site supervisors to improve team performance.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, and quality standards.

Support business development by participating in tender reviews, project planning, and client relationship management.
