Overview
In this role you will shape cloud-based software solutions for law firms as a hands-on Senior Python Developer / Consultant. You will work directly with clients on bespoke projects, owning delivery from design to deployment. Expect greenfield development and rapid iteration within a growing, profitable scale-up. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable Python/AWS applications and drive impactful outcomes.

- Design and build cloud-based applications using Python and AWS
- Make technical decisions and own delivery outcomes
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
- Work independently with fast feedback on results
- Contribute to product direction and raise the bar on engineering practices
- Strong Python backend development experience, ideally with FastAPI
- Experience with AWS, including Amazon CDK
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles
- Full software development lifecycle knowledge and modern engineering practices
- Business acumen and start-up/SME experience
- Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the product
- Degree educated in Computer Science or related field
- Active GitHub account and/or personal projects (preferred)
