Validate, test, and monitor AI-generated actions and outputs before production
Monitor deployed agents for accuracy, latency, cost, and failures
About you
Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
Pydantic AI or similar agent frameworks
LLM integration and AI-powered application development
RAG: document processing, chunking, vector/hybrid search, retrieval optimization
Backend development: REST APIs, databases, architecture
Cloud (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD
AI testing and evaluation (validating outputs, reliability)
AWS (Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS)
