Job Summary:
The Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager will use creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems. They will make decisions and recommendations that are authoritative and have an important impact on extensive organizational activities. In addition, the Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager will set priorities and reconciles directions from competing interests, while working on programs with complex features.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead a major program team for the organization
- Proficient with electronic communications including email and text as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Lead project meetings and makes presentations
- Represent the organization and maintain liaison with individuals and related organizations
- This position may require travel. On occasion travel to RailPros headquarters, field offices or client offices, work sites and other project related locations may be required
