The role
As a senior real estate agent, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from the first enquiry through to after-sales.
Please note: This is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
- Proven track record of AED 40 million or more in total sales over the last 12 months
- Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Fluent in English and one or more additional languages, such as Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, or Dutch
- Valid UAE driving licence
