Senior Resident Architect
Qualifications & Requirements
● Architectural degree recognised by and currently registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
● Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional
● At least 8 years on projects similar in size and complexity: architectural and fitting out works in major building construction
● Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration
● Proven commitment to safety and health on site
● Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Key Duties & Responsibilities
● Manage the Supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S)
● Plan roster shift duties based on work schedules of contractors
● Ensure welfare of personnel reporting
● Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from construction
● Conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting
Preferred / Advantageous
● Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual and AOS requirements preferred
