Senior Sales Development Representative

You will generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels. You will research target accounts, create personalized outreach, partner with Account Executives on account plans and campaigns, and use AI-powered tools and data signals to prioritize work. You will qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and share best practices while mentoring newer SDRs.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies for executive stakeholders
• Partner with Account Executives to build account plans and execute coordinated outbound campaigns
• Use AI-powered sales tools and data signals to prioritize outreach and maximize efficiency
• Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality discovery meetings
• Maintain accurate activity, account, and opportunity data in Salesforce and other sales systems
• Share best practices, mentor newer SDRs, and improve team processes, messaging, and outbound playbooks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales
• Track record of exceeding pipeline generation or meeting creation targets
• Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations through complex outbound prospecting
• Communication skills to engage executive-level buyers
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage a large book of accounts
• Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-enabled prospecting tools
