Senior Sales Force Scrum Lead
Location: India (Offshore) - EST Availability
Position Summary
The Salesforce Scrum Lead - Agentforce & AI Solutions is responsible for leading Agile Salesforce delivery teams while designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven automation, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and modern Salesforce platform capabilities. This role combines Salesforce technical leadership, Scrum Master responsibilities, solution architecture, and hands-on development expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent business solutions.
The individual will serve as the primary Agile lead for Salesforce initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of business value. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development, administration, Agentforce AI implementation, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration patterns while promoting Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
This position partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to implement customer, employee, and operational AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Lead for Salesforce delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and groom product backlogs.
- Manage sprint execution, team capacity, velocity tracking, and release planning activities.
- Remove project roadblocks and facilitate resolution of issues impacting delivery timelines.
- Monitor and report sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics to leadership.
- Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
- Coach team members on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and effective delivery practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Salesforce Development & Solution Delivery
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, Node.js, and declarative tools.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, architectural standards, security requirements, and governance models.
- Create technical designs, user stories, solution documentation, and implementation plans.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards across the team.
Agentforce & AI Solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents including SDR, Lead Nurturing, Pipeline Management, Employee Service, and Operational Agents.
- Configure Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, and Agentforce Reasoning Engine components.
- Design AI-powered business processes and automation frameworks leveraging Einstein AI and Salesforce native capabilities.
- Optimize AI agent performance through prompt engineering, reasoning strategies, and token optimization techniques.
- Implement Responsible AI practices, governance controls, compliance frameworks, and Einstein Trust Layer capabilities.
- Configure monitoring, analytics, dashboards, and audit logging for AI agent performance and business ROI measurement.
Salesforce Administration & Platform Management
- Manage Salesforce security and access controls including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, and FLS/CRUD.
- Support Salesforce environment strategy, configuration management, and platform governance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access, licenses, permissions, navigation, and system functionality.
- Support business transformation initiatives, process improvements, and platform adoption activities.
- Ensure data quality, platform stability, and application performance.
Data Cloud, Integration & Architecture
- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Design API-first and Headless Customer 360 integration solutions.
- Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, digital channels, external applications, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects on scalable integration and automation strategies.
- Support middleware and enterprise integration platforms as required.
Salesforce DevOps & Release Management
- Lead source-driven development initiatives using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code.
- Manage Git-based source control, branching strategies, and release management processes.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and DevOps governance.
- Coordinate production releases, change management activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Ensure proper version control, documentation, testing, and compliance across all deliverables.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on Salesforce technologies, Agentforce capabilities, Agile methodologies, and development best practices.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI tools, and industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or Delivery Lead.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce AI solutions and autonomous agents.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI, Copilot capabilities, and AI workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI optimization techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, data integration, and RAG solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, administration, and governance.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Expertise in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, Git, DevOps Center, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Headless Customer 360, API-first architectures, and modern enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while leading globally distributed teams.

Education
