Department: Revenue Operations
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in São Paulo, supporting the Brazilian Sales organization.
This is a strategic, business-facing role that goes beyond traditional reporting and data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with Brazilian Sales leadership helping drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, sales planning, and commercial performance.
As a trusted business partner, you will translate sales data into meaningful business insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support commercial decision-making.
You will also collaborate with regional and global Revenue Operations teams, contributing to process improvements, operational excellence, and business growth initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has already developed a strong foundation in Sales Operations and understands how to support a complex Enterprise sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Actively support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting processes, including forecast calls and pipeline reviews.
- Analyze pipeline health, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, bookings, quota attainment, and overall sales performance.
- Identify potential revenue risks, pipeline gaps, and opportunities to improve forecast predictability.
- Partner with Sales leadership to provide business insights and recommendations that improve pipeline management and commercial execution.
- Monitor strategic deals during closing periods, helping identify and resolve operational or booking-related challenges.
Sales Planning & Business Strategy
- Support annual and quarterly sales planning activities, including territory planning, account balancing, quota allocation, and commercial adjustments.
- Analyze sales performance trends and business opportunities to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to support resource allocation, territory effectiveness, and business priorities.
- Understand the relationship between sales targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, and overall business performance.
Sales Cadence & Business Reviews
- Support the execution of regular sales operating cadences, including forecast reviews, pipeline meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Prepare executive-level business insights, performance analysis, and presentations for Sales leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Help establish consistent performance visibility and reporting discipline across the Brazilian Sales organization.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Brazilian Sales leadership team, including Directors and senior executives.
- Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to provide operational guidance and support business decisions.
- Proactively identify business challenges and recommend improvements rather than simply responding to reporting requests.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and influencing business decisions.
- Partner with regional and global Revenue Operations teams to align processes and strengthen operational effectiveness.
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Leverage Salesforce to support opportunity management, pipeline analysis, forecasting, reporting, and data quality.
- Analyze existing dashboards, reports, and sales metrics to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools to develop meaningful business insights.
- Support continuous improvement of Sales Operations processes, reporting practices, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations. Equivalent experience with strong functional expertise will also be considered.
- Previous experience supporting Enterprise B2B sales organizations or complex commercial environments.
- Strong practical understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance, bookings, and quota attainment.
- Experience participating in sales operating cadences, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings.
- Experience supporting Sales leadership with commercial analysis, business insights, and recommendations.
- Ability to act as a strategic business partner, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with Directors and senior Sales leaders.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, including opportunity management, pipeline analysis, reporting, and data quality.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory, including the ability to participate in meetings, present business insights, and collaborate with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting annual or quarterly sales planning, including territory design, account balancing, and quota allocation.
- Experience contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive business reviews, and commercial planning discussions.
- Background in Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud Technology, or multinational B2B organizations.
- Previous exposure to regional or global Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience using Tableau or other forecasting and business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategy, sales productivity, revenue planning, or commercial growth initiatives.
- Experience collaborating directly with VP-level stakeholders or country leadership.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the commercial performance of Genesys Brazil.
You will work closely with senior business leaders, gain visibility into strategic discussions, and contribute to decisions that directly impact sales execution and business growth.
