Senior Sales Representative, Dermatological Skincare

This role will be work closely in alignment with HCP Sales Manager and showing strong commitment to drive Business Excellence journey through improvement of process, system, and execution in their territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Specialist for OTC and prescriptions product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit
- Develop and implement a business/ sales plan for assigned channels
- Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provides channels partners with the support & information needed to facilitate their commercial and marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare and participate in business reviews/ forecasts for partner to ensure
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience ideally in consumer OTC or therapeutic pharmaceutical sales with special focus on healthcare products.
- Bachelor's Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling), Meticulous, Operate Ms. Office well (Analyze & Report)
- High level of energy and an aptitude to manage a complex external environment.
