Position : Senior Salesforce Developer with Healthcare Experience
Experience : Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce
Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai (2-days Hybrid)
Work Time: 3pm to 12am IST
Job Description:
- 5+ years of IT consulting / Salesforce experience.
- Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
- Build and maintain custom applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Framework.
- Configure and customize Health Cloud objects, care plans, patient management workflows, and healthcare data models.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware platforms.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks following Salesforce development best practices.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment validation, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using Gearset, Copado, or SFDX/SF CLI.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform scalability.
- Follow Salesforce security, governance, and compliance standards, especially in healthcare environments.
- Deep HLS domain knowledge - you can speak fluently about prior authorization, care coordination, clinical trials, or medical device compliance without notes.
- Salesforce Health Cloud certified; additional certifications (Data Cloud, Agentforce, Sales Cloud) strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs against multi-vendor shortlists.
- Strong executive communication skills - you're comfortable presenting to a CIO or CMO solo.
