Senior SDR
Senior SDR / SDR Team Lead – Professional Services
Part-Time | 4 Hours Per Day
Working Hours: 16:00–20:00 Israel Time
Initial 6-Month Engagement
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Sales Development Representative or SDR Team Lead to support a fast-growing, technology-enabled professional services business.
This is a predominantly inbound sales role, working with highly qualified prospects generated through the company's marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding quickly to enquiries, conducting effective discovery conversations, understanding prospective clients' needs, handling objections and moving qualified opportunities through the sales process.
This is not a traditional high-volume cold-calling SDR position. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with a consultative, professional and service-oriented communication style.
Experience within accounting, tax, legal, healthcare, financial services or another professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond quickly and professionally to highly qualified inbound enquiries.
- Engage prospects via telephone, email and other communication channels.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client requirements, urgency and potential fit.
- Explain the company's service offering clearly and confidently.
- Identify buying intent and move qualified prospects efficiently toward the appropriate next step.
- Book consultations and support the conversion of qualified prospects into clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have enquired or started the engagement process but have not completed it.
- Handle common questions and objections professionally and commercially.
- Maintain a high standard of client experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect records within the CRM.
- Track all interactions, follow-ups, pipeline stages and next actions.
- Prioritise high-intent inbound opportunities to maximise conversion.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up processes to prevent qualified leads from being lost.
- Provide visibility into pipeline activity, lead status and conversion performance.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Outbound & Pipeline Development
While inbound conversion will be the primary focus, the successful candidate should also be comfortable with:
- Targeted outbound prospecting where required.
- Re-engaging dormant or incomplete opportunities.
- Cold calling and email outreach when appropriate.
- Supporting pipeline-building initiatives across international markets.
Sales Process Improvement
For more senior candidates or SDR Team Lead profiles:
- Identify opportunities to improve lead handling and conversion processes.
- Assist with developing scripts, qualification frameworks and follow-up sequences.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and recurring prospect objections.
- Help establish scalable SDR processes as the sales function grows.
- Potentially support and mentor additional SDRs as the team expands.
