Senior Service Desk Consultant / 3rd Line
Fully Remote | Up to £45,000 + Bonus
We’re working with an established technology business that is looking for an experienced 3rd Line / Senior Service Desk Consultant to join their growing Cloud Care team on a fully remote basis.
This is a senior technical role supporting a diverse MSP client base across Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.
You’ll act as a key escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues, working across both cloud and traditional infrastructure.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience in a 3rd Line / complex Service Desk role within an MSP
- At least one Microsoft Expert level certification
- Strong experience across cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of server and network environments
- Experience with virtualisation technologies
- Strong Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 experience
- Good understanding of firewalls and security technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of complex issues
- Full UK driving licence
Additional vendor certifications such as Cisco CCNP would be advantageous.
