Senior ServiceNow Developer - Contract

Alphaeus is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and enhance enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management and Knowledge Management modules
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs
• Build workflow automation using Flow Designer
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, MID Server and email integrations
• Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, update sets and deployments
• Support requirements gathering, UAT, production releases and platform enhancements

Requirements:

• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord and GlideAjax
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB and workflow automation
• Experience working across development, UAT and production environments
• Good stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is preferred
